Is there free parking?
Yes, we have free private parking right outside the Centre.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the appointment price for any missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice.
Charges for non-attendance
You will be charged 50% of the appointment price if you fail to attend an appointment.

What days is the centre open?
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows access to the problem area. Please bring shorts if it’s a problem from the hips downwards.
What do I need to bring?
If you have had any previous scans or X-Ray reports or consultant letters if possible, please bring them.
Bring anything that may help the therapist with their diagnosis, eg if you’re a runner please bring your running trainers.

Sports therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the client back to full functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age or ability.
