Achieve the look you have always wanted by with Young and Beautiful Aesthetics. We offer Aesthetic treatments that are carried out by a professional nurse in a safe and sterile environment. These are available to clients aged 18 and over.

We provide the following:

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Anti-wrinkle injections consist of BOTOX®, a brand of Botulinum toxin, which pertains to a protein used to treat certain muscular medical conditions. This type of injectable is one of the most common and safest ways to treat forehead and frown lines. As well as crow’s feet around the eyes without having invasive surgery.

*BOTOX® is now a branded product so we can no longer call our treatment by this name.

How It Works:

Our anti-wrinkle treatment works by blocking the nerve signals and the affected muscles around the injection site. The muscles become more relaxed, and their activity is reduced. As a result this lessens the negative effects on the skin such as lines.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers volumises, lifts and plumps up the skin, leaving it looking smooth, contoured and youthful. The results can be subtle for clients who do not want a noticeable difference. For example, treating the marionette lines can turn the corners of the mouth upwards. This gives a more dramatic look or simply adding more volume and definition to thin lips.

Dermal fillers consist of hyaluronic acid, which naturally occurs within the body and is found in the deep layers of the dermis. One of its functions is to keep the skin smooth and healthy by retaining water.

When we are born, we have lots of hyaluronic acids, and as we age, the enzymes within our body gradually start to disintegrate it. Unfortunately, this is what causes wrinkles to deepen, lips to lose their fullness, cheeks to lose their volume and lines to appear around the nose and mouth.

Dermal fillers are a man-made product containing non-animal substances that, once injected, mimic the body’s natural depleted hyaluronic acid. When introduced to the face, the fillers give the appearance of a plumper, more youthful look and can provide structure to your features.

While there are many different types of dermal filler available on the Internet, some are not FDA-approved. This is why you must always ask your practitioner what products they use and research about them if possible. For your peace of mind, we exclusively use top-brand fillers from the JUVÉDERM® and TEOSYAL® range. These are administered by registered nurses Kate and Mel.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are liquid solutions that can be applied to the skin. They remove dead skin cells and promote regeneration as well as new cell growth. Our skin naturally sheds dead cells every 30 days (unless you have psoriasis, in which case, shedding happens every two to three days).

As we age, this process slows down and the dead skin cells build up on the surface of our skin. This causes pore to get clogged, spots to appear and makeup to sit in the lines of our face. Removing these dead skin cells will increase the rate at which the cells underneath regenerate, giving a younger, fresher look to your skin.

Chemical peels are designed to treat irregular pigmentation, sun damage, acne scarring and facial lines by tightening the skin. The peels typically use trichloroacetic, salicylic, or glycolic acid. The effectiveness of a chemical peel and your recovery time will depend on the depth of the treatment.

Young and Beautiful Aesthetics provide two kinds of peels: one is a superficial peel called Neostrata and the other is a medium-depth peel called EASY TCA.

Derma Rolling

Many of us would like to improve our skin in one way or another. A derma roller can help eliminate scars, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, sagging skin, lines and wrinkles, which are all caused by the loss of collagen in the skin. The derma roller works by stimulating the body’s own collagen production process, repairing and renewing the skin over time.

There are many reasons why people choose to have the procedure done:

  • To reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the face and décolletage
  • Rejuvenate hands and minimise the signs of aging
  • Revitalise aged and sun damaged skin
  • Reduce acne scarring
  • The removal of stretch marks or cellulite
The derma roller is a single-use medical device. Each column penetrates the dermis and is approximately 0.1 mm in width. The columns close rapidly, enabling the skin to recover quickly—often on the same day.
