Is there free parking?
Yes, we have free private parking right outside the Centre.

Cancellation Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the appointment price for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice.

Charges for non-attendance
You will be charged 50% of the appointment price if you fail to attend an appointment.

How long does an appointment last?
Sports Therapy, Injury Treatment & Rehabilitation 60 minutes.
Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy & Remedial Massage 60 or 30 minutes depending on your preference.
Pregnancy Massage 60 minutes.
Hot Stone Massage 60 minutes.
Acupuncture 30 minutes.
Hypnotherapy 60 minutes.
Psychotherapy 60 minutes.
Counselling 60 minutes.
Osteopathy – 60 minutes.
Indian Head Massage 45 – 60 minutes.
Aesthetics – duration varies
Podiatry 30 minutes.

What days is the centre open?
From 9am Monday – Saturday

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows access to the problem area. Please bring shorts if it’s a problem from the hips downwards.

What do I need to bring?
If you have had any previous scans or X-Ray reports or consultant letters if possible, please bring them.
Bring anything that may help the therapist with their diagnosis, eg if you’re a runner please bring your running trainers.

What is Sports Therapy?
Sports therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the client back to full functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age or ability.
