Private Yoga sessions are available to those recovering from physical injury, people with reduced mobility, people experiencing mental health symptoms, or those who generally want to improve their physical and mental well-being or develop their own yoga practice.
Bespoke private yoga sessions are tailored to your interests and needs. Whether you are brand new to yoga, eager to take your practice to the next level, working with a physical injury or physical/mental health condition or simply finding it difficult to get to or are feeling nervous about attending a group class, I will meet you where you are at in your yoga journey and help you move forward with your goals. When working with me privately you will also receive additional resources and guidance to support you to achieve your aims, such as home practice guidelines and videos.
Individual 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are £45 per hour. There is a “Private Get Started” package available for £150 (offering a 90-minute initial session, to discuss needs and goals and to get you started, followed by 3 x bespoke 60-minute sessions), with follow on 5 session (£200) and 10 session (£350) packages, which provide savings on the individual session rate.
